こんにちは、CHINATSUです。

一ヶ月お休みを頂いて赴いたヨーロッパ旅行。帰国後の週休3日制。

そして価格改定と、一日約4名のお客様。

やっと"デザイン"に集中できるバランスに辿り着いたような気がして、満たされる幸せを感じています。


デザインするのが好きで決めた美容師という職業。

近代の社会的背景もあり、時間や数字に追われる毎日は、

本音を吐露してしまえば本来の目的を見失いそうになってしまうことも・・・。


今思うと、本当はお客様はスタイリングやヘアケアのアドバイスをもっと詳しく聞きたかったんじゃないかなぁ、

私が時間に追われていた為に伝えきれなかった事もあったなぁ、などいろいろ思う事があります。


"今"は、カウンセリングというコミュニケーションの時間を十分に取り、お客様の髪の素材に触れて、お客様のパーソナリティーを感じて、

どのバランスが美しいかを見極め、ヘアデザインを追求し、ヘアケアやスタイリングのアドバイスができる。

新しいバランスのサロンワークになって、まだ数日しか経っていませんがとても満ち足りています・・・。


一人一人のパーソナルスタイリストとして、これがやりたかった事だな、と。


同じ価値観の人が集まって、情報やエネルギーを循環して行く・・・。

これぞまさに「サロン」だなと感じています。


「主体的に生きる」

人生の納得感はこれに尽きると実感しています。


Hello, this is CHINATSU.

I took a month off and went on a trip to Europe. After returning to Japan, I started working on 3 days off system.

And price revisions and about 4 clients a day.

I feel like I've finally found a balance where I can forcus on "design" and I feel fulfilled and happy.


I decided to work as a hairdresser because I love design.

Due to the modern social background, every day we are chased by time and numbers,

If I reveal my true feelings, may end up losing my purpose.


Now that I think about it, the clients actually wanted to hear more detailed styling and hair care advice.

There are many things such as the fact that I couldn't tell them because I was pressed for time.


"Now", I take enough time to communicate through counseling, touch the hair texture, and get a feel for the clients's personality.

I can probe deeply which balance is beautiful, pursue hair design, and give advice on hair care and styling.

It's only been a few days since I started working with a new balance though, I'm very satisfied.


As a personal stylist for each person, this is what I wanted to do.


People with the same values come together and circulate information and energy...

I feel that this is truly "The salon".


"Live independently"

I feel that this is the way to feel satisfied in life.


9月に訪れたオランダ・アムステルダムでは、ほとんどの人が17時にオフィスを出るそうです。

美術館も21時までオープンしている程、オフィス後のアクティビティも多々。

こんなに平日の夜に同じ世代の人と出会える環境は東京には無いなぁと思いました。

気持ちに余裕が生まれて、相手を思いやることができる、コミュニケーションが生まれる。

そのルーティンを繰り返しながら年齢を重ねていく・・・。

学ぶべき所が沢山あるなぁと感じました。


国境、文化は違えど同じ人間！

まずは出来ることから。


In Amsterdam, the Netherlands, where I visited last September, most people leave the office at 5pm.

There are plenty of activities to do after the office, as the museum is also open until 9 pm.

I thought that there is no situation in Tokyo where we can meet the same generation people as they do on a weekday night.

They can feel more at ease, be considerate of other people and develop communication.

They grow older by repeating this routine...

I felt there was a lot to learn.


Although nationalities and cultures are different, we are all the same as human being!

Let's start with what I can do...
